我厂生产的694Q发动机凸轮轴是用45号钢制造的。毛坯粗加工后调质HB=207~241;精加工后表面淬火,硬度HRC=52~63,淬火层深度为2~5毫米,尖部允许达到7毫米。我厂采用60KW高频机进行处理。由于感应器设计不当,处理后硬度均匀性、硬化层分布都不理想,无法达到技术要求。而凸轮尖部常因温度过高而引起开裂。为了提高零件质量,我们组织了攻关小组,经过分析研究认为,由于凸轮形状复杂,采用通常的感应器要得到良好的结果是比较困难的。但是改变感应器的设计和制作,使凸轮在加热
