中小家族企业在我国的民营经济中占有重要的地位,随着家族企业的不断发展,原先家族企业中的集权管理的优势也对其发展产生较大的影响,甚至于在产权和人力资源方面也暴露出一些问题,本文就中小家族企业管理中的问题进行剖析,提出对策,为中小家族企业改善管理模式提出建议。
