山东省住房城乡建设厅节能科技处在2012年11月29日专门文,撤消在2011年6月24日颁发给临清市丁马砖瓦厂生产烧结河道淤泥多孔砖(灰渣36%)获得的“山东省新型墙材建筑节能技术产品应用认定证书”(证书编号:2011认字砖类第A569号)。系接到举报:该厂在生产过程中擅自改变原料组成,违规采挖耕地取土代替河道淤泥。经调查,举报人反映情况属实。此事虽小,却具有指标性意义。它说明公众正在参与一起监督我国“禁实、限粘”等新型墙材政策的实际落实情况。
