目的研究哈蟆油、沪地龙、冬虫夏草中35种无机元素的分布规律,控制3种药材中有关元素含量,为保障其质量和安全提供依据。方法采用微波消解法对样品进行前处理,电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)法对3种动物类中药材中铍、钠、镁、铝、钾、钙、钒、铬、锰、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌、砷、硒、钼、钌、钯、银、镉、锡、锑、碲、钡、钕、镝、铒、铱、铂、汞、铊、铅、钍、铀35种无机元素进行测定和分析。结果 35种无机元素线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,方法重复性RSD均小于20%,回收率在74.9%~115.9%之间。研究结果显示3种动物类中药材中钠、镁、钾、钙等有益元素含量丰富。有害元素方面,沪地龙中铅、砷、汞、镉、铜元素含量较高,冬虫夏草中铅、砷、汞、铜元素含量较高,且均存在部分元素异常偏高的现象。结论哈蟆油药材尚未发现重金属及有害元素富集的安全隐患,而沪地龙、冬虫夏草均存在有害元素超标问题,有必要加以监管控制。
Objective To study the distribution of 35 kinds of inorganic elements in Rana oil, Hypnotus, Cordyceps sinensis and control the content of related elements in 3 kinds of medicinal materials, so as to provide basis for their quality and safety. Methods The samples were pretreated by microwave digestion and the beryllium, sodium, magnesium, aluminum, potassium, calcium, vanadium, chromium, manganese, iron and calcium were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP- Cobalt Nickel Copper Copper Zinc Arsenic Selenium Molybdenum Ruthenium Palladium Silver Cadmium Tin Antimony Tellurium Barium Neodymium Dysprosium Erbium Iridium Platinum Mercury Thallium Lead Thorium Uranium 35 Determination of inorganic elements and analysis. Results The results showed that the 35 inorganic elements had a good linear relationship and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999. The repeatability RSDs were less than 20% and the recoveries were between 74.9% and 115.9%. The results show that three kinds of animal Chinese medicines such as sodium, magnesium, potassium, calcium and other beneficial elements rich in content. In terms of harmful elements, the contents of lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium and copper were higher in Chinese dragons, and the content of lead, arsenic, mercury and copper in Cordyceps sinensis was higher, and some elements were abnormally high. Conclusions There are no hidden dangers of heavy metals and harmful elements accumulation in Rana oil medicine. However, there are some harmful elements exceeding the standard in Shanghai Longtian and Cordyceps sinensis, and it is necessary to be supervised and controlled.
