日前,第二届社会组织创新与发展论坛在黑龙江省黑河市召开。论坛以城乡基层社会组织建设为主题,回顾总结近年我国基层社会组织的发展进程和宝贵经验,研讨交流城乡基层社会组织建设的基本思路和改革方向,提出要加快推进基层社会组织建设,激发基层社会组织的活力与创造力,充分发挥基层社会组织积极作用,共同促进城乡社会和谐稳定健康发展的意见和建议。当前,大力培育发展基层社会组织,对于增强公民社会责任、缓解基层社会矛盾、促进社会公平和构建和谐社会有着十分重要的意义。
