各位委员:我们在一九四九年六月底就奉命进军福建,解放福建,中央革命军事委员会并任命鼎丞为省人民政府主席,叶飞、方毅为副主席。七月进军闽北,八月解放福州,十月解放漳厦。至目前止全省除金门及沿海一些小岛屿外已经全告解放。最近,中央人民政府政务院第五十二次政务会议通过提请中央人民政府批准任命本省省人民政府主席、副主席及各委员,现在正式召开第一次委员会议。我现在在这个会议上,根据中国人民政治协商会议共同纲领的基本原则及目前福建的具体情况,提出福建今后
