运动员赛前或训练前如何饮食?这一直是个没有完全解决的问题。六十年代早期,运动员运动前吃牛排和鸡蛋。七十年代初,赛前和训练前大量食用碳水化合物(糖类食物),依据为碳水化合物是运动的主要能源,听起来似乎很有道理。但是,后来由于这种饮食产生的一些问题,使其仍然不能令人满意。现在是八十年代,我们终于发现了比较理想的赛前和训练前饮食——液体食物。越来越多的竞技运动员和健美者在运动前即刻避开固体食物,食用液体食物。这样做是有其科学根据的。
How do athletes diet before or during training? This has always been a problem that has not been completely solved. In the early 1960s, athletes ate steak and eggs before exercise. The beginning of the seventies, before the game and training before eating carbohydrates (carbohydrates), based on carbohydrates is the main energy source, sounds plausible.
