基于生态经济学思想,首先从企业外部环境出发,探讨基于生态位概念的强权型、计谋型和技巧型油公司在其所处生态环境中的生态位与势,并分析每个生态位中油公司的经营策略;其次从企业自身出发,研究企业内部自组织结构,分析改善油公司内部结构的关键因素;最后结合油公司内外部环境,分析其在不同生态位中采取的经营策略,提出油公司生态位经营策略的建议。
