目的对成都市2009-2012年疑似麻疹病例的实验室检测结果进行分析,为制定消除麻疹策略提供依据。方法收集成都市2009-2012年麻疹疑似病例监测资料,用Excel2007进行数据统计分析。结果 2009-2012年成都市麻疹网络实验室共检测1285例合格血标本,检出麻疹IgM阳性363例,占28.25%,风疹IgM阳性244例,占18.99%。1-12月每月均有麻疹和风疹阳性病例,但有明显的季节性,麻疹IgM阳性以<8月龄和≥15岁人群最多,风疹IgM阳性以2岁以上人群最多,有明确免疫史的疑似病例麻疹IgM抗体和风疹IgM抗体阳性率明显低于无免疫史和不详的病例。结论免疫史0剂次和不详是麻疹发病的主要原因,提示要继续加强适龄儿童常规免疫,有必要对育龄期妇女及集体单位的高危人群进行预防接种来降低麻疹发病率,进而达到消除麻疹的目标。
Objective To analyze the laboratory test results of suspected measles cases from 2009 to 2012 in Chengdu and provide the basis for formulating the measles elimination strategy. Methods The surveillance data of suspected measles cases collected from 2009 to 2012 in Chengdu were collected and statistically analyzed with Excel2007. Results A total of 1285 cases of qualified blood samples were detected in the laboratory of measles in Chengdu from 2009 to 2012. 363 cases of measles positive IgM were detected, accounting for 28.25%, 244 cases of measles positive IgM (18.99%). The monthly measles and rubella positive cases from January to December are obviously seasonal with measles IgM positive at <8 months of age and at least 15 years of age with the highest prevalence of IgM in over 2 years of age with a clear history of immunization Of the suspected cases of measles IgM antibody and rubella IgM antibody was significantly lower than the non-immune history and unknown cases. Conclusions The frequency of immunization and the unknown dose are the main reasons for the onset of measles. It is suggested that routine immunization should be continued in children of child-bearing age. It is necessary to vaccinate women at child-bearing age and high-risk groups in collective units to reduce the incidence of measles, aims.
