入选“草原英才”工程的团队和个人,已培养带动了一大批博士、硕士和各类专业技术人员。2010年以来,内蒙古自治区党委、政府着眼于高层次人才队伍建设及其示范引领作用的发挥,按照高端引领、务实管用的理念,启动实施以“三大平台”(特色产业高端人才集聚平台、呼包鄂“草原硅谷”人才管理改革试验区平台和京蒙人才交流合作平台)和“十大百人计划”为重点的“草原英才”工程。特别是2013年以来,自治区人才工作以“草原英才”工程为引领,优先在“8337”
Selected “grassland excellence” project team and individuals, has led to train a large number of doctorate or master's degrees and various types of professional and technical personnel. Since 2010, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party committees and governments have focused on the construction of high-level talent team and the demonstration leading role of them. In accordance with the concept of leading and pragmatic management in high-end, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region started the implementation of “three platforms” (high-end talents gathering platform for special industries, Call E “prairie Silicon Valley” talent management reform pilot area platform and Beijing-Mongolia talent exchange and cooperation platform) and “Ten Hundred Talents Plan ” as the key “Prairie Talents ” project. Especially since 2013, the talent work in the autonomous region has been led by the project of “Prairie Talents”, giving priority to “8337”
