新疆塔城地区在人才强区工作中,着力抓好“四个突出”:突出培养实效。培养高层次创新型人才。实施专业技术拔尖人才“1+X”帮带提升活动,每年培养高层次人才100余人。培养技能人才和农村实用人才。采取“工学结合”、“校企合作”等培养模式,培训技能人才7200余人次,建立地区级农村实用人才培训示范基地20家,培训农村实用人才1500余人次。加大专业技术人才培训力度。实施教育人才素质提升工程、医疗卫生人才推动工程等,培训专业技术人才1.3万余人次。
