窦桂梅老师在自己的《为生命奠基》一书中提出“三个超越”的重要教育教学理念,这一理念现已成清华附小的教育理念。三个超越的理念已经为广大教教学战线上的教师所认同,并为他们的教育教学指明方向。
Dou Guimei teacher in his “foundation for life,” a book put forward the “three transcendence ” important education and teaching philosophy, the concept has now become a Tsinghua attached to the concept of education. The three transcendental ideas have been accepted by teachers in the majority of teaching and learning professions and pointed out their direction in education and teaching.
