在天津,谈到化工系统企业谁家搞的好,前几名的企业中,就有天津市化工设计院。化工设计院建院于1958年,是天津市属最大的以化工为主的综合性国家甲级设计院。改革开放以来,设计施工屡建功业,在化工界有口皆碑。最近我们走访了这家设计院。党委书记马文忠和院长俞明炎向我们介绍了全院的概况。化工设计院,全院500多名员工中,有400多人属于专业技术人员。中国的知识分子任劳任怨,希望有所作为,当领导的要对他们的辛勤劳动给予肯定,并帮助他们解决实际问題。大到人事调动,小到柴、米、油、盐,都是领导者日常所关注的问题。解除各级工作人员的后顾
In Tianjin, when it comes to chemical system companies who are doing well, among the top few companies, there is the Tianjin Chemical Design Institute. The Chemical Design Institute was established in 1958 and is the largest integrated chemical national Grade A design institute in Tianjin. Since the reform and opening up, the design and construction of the industry has been repeated and it has earned a good reputation in the chemical industry. Recently we visited this design institute. Among the more than 500 employees in the Institute of Chemical Design, more than 400 are professional and technical personnel. Chinese intellectuals work hard and they want to make a difference. When they are leaders, they must affirm their hard work and help them solve practical problems. As large as personnel transfer, as small as firewood, rice, oil, and salt, are the daily concerns of leaders. Relieving staff at all levels
