要实现后勤科技的全面进步,必须牢固树立“科技兴后勤”的观念,在条件允许的情况下,集中力量优先发展后勤关键技术。与此同时,还要大胆引进、吸收国内外最新科技成果,实现后勤科技发展的跨越,并运用现代科学技术,对现有后勤装备、设施进行技术改造,不断增加后勤装备的高科技含量。
In order to achieve all-round improvement in logistics science and technology, we must firmly establish the concept of “reinvigorating science and technology through rear service” and, if conditions allow, concentrate on prioritizing the development of key logistics technologies. At the same time, we must boldly introduce and absorb the latest scientific and technological achievements both at home and abroad to achieve the leapfrog development of logistics science and technology. We should also use modern science and technology to carry out technological transformation on existing logistical equipment and facilities and constantly increase the high-tech content of logistics and equipment.
