据Chin Med J(1994,107(2):142)文载,Du等报告,采用急性犬肺动脉增压反应动物模型(吸入气体为5%O_2及95%N_2),评价某些体液因素在急性缺氧性肺动脉增压反应(HPPR)时的作用。经正交试验(n=16)结果表明:去甲肾上腺素(NE)、前列环素(PGI_2)及前列腺素F_(2α)(PGF_(2α))与PGI_2的交互作用明显影响HPPR的形成;NE及PGF_(2α)与PGI_2交互作用
According to Chin Med J (1994,107 (2): 142), Du et al. Reported the use of an acute canine pulmonary arterial pressure response animal model (5% O 2 and 95% N 2 inhaled gas) to evaluate the effect of some humoral factors on acute Hypoxic pulmonary hypertension reaction (HPPR) role. The results of orthogonal test (n = 16) showed that the interaction of norepinephrine (NE), prostacyclin (PGI_2) and prostaglandin F 2α (PGF 2α) and PGI 2 significantly affected the formation of HPPR.
