神经降压素(Neurotensin,NT)是重要的胃肠激素之一,具有抑制胃肠吸收、运动的作用。大量的资料表明脾虚证时,胃肠功能是处于紊乱状态的。为探讨NT与脾虚证的关系,笔者测定了大黄造模的脾虚证大鼠血浆及空肠组织中NT含量。以求拓展“脾’本质的内涵。 材料和方法 1.动物和造模方法 雄性Wistar大鼠(购于军事医学科学院动物中心),体重230~300g,将其随机分成四组。每组10只。(1)脾虚证组:给大鼠灌服200%的大黄煎剂4ml/d,共14d。(2)正常对照组:服蒸馏水,剂量、时间同(1)。(3)四君子汤治疗组:造模方法同(1),第15天给大鼠灌服100%的四君子汤(由党参、茯苓、白术各50g,甘草25g,水煎浓缩而成)4ml/d,共10d。(4)自然恢复组:与(3)相同,只是灌服蒸馏水。
Neurotensin (NT) is one of the most important gastrointestinal hormones and has the effect of inhibiting gastrointestinal absorption and exercise. A large amount of data shows that the gastrointestinal function is in disorder when the spleen deficiency syndrome occurs. Animals and methods of modeling Male Wistar rats (purchased from the Animal Center of the Academy of Military Medical Sciences), weighing 230 to 300 g, were randomly divided into four groups of 10 in each group. (1) Spleen Deficiency Syndrome: Rats were given a 200% rhubarb decoction of 4 ml/d for 14 days.(2) Normal control group: Distilled water was used, and the dose and time were the same as (1).(3) Sijunzi Decoction Treatment Group: The modeling method was the same as (1), on the 15th day, rats were given 100% Sijunzi Decoction (from Codonopsis pilosula, Poria cocos, Atractylodes each 50 g, licorice 25 g, decocted and concentrated) 4 ml/d for 10 days. 4) Natural recovery group: same as (3) except that distilled water is used.
