皮肤的代谢随着衰老而变化。在老化过程中,皮肤表皮生发层细胞由立方体多层变为扁平少层,皮肤腺体减少,真皮乳头萎缩。表现为皮肤弹性差、皱纹多。由于脂质过氧化随增龄而加速,因此出现老年斑。使用DNA美容霜15~20天后可使老化的细胞代谢转入年轻化,即使细胞的蛋白质合成旺盛,表现为皮肤腺体增加,基底层细胞增厚,皮肤变得柔韧而有光泽。由于DNA有抗脂质过氧化能力,可减少老年斑的出现。本研究结果表明,DNA美容霜是一种新型最为理想的护肤剂。
The metabolism of the skin changes with aging. During the aging process, the cells in the skin epidermis grow from cubic multi-layer to flat, less skin glands, and the dermis papules shrink. It is characterized by poor skin elasticity and wrinkles. As lipid peroxidation accelerates with aging, senile plaques appear. After 15 to 20 days of use of the DNA cosmetic cream, the aged cells can be metabolized into younger cells. Even if the protein synthesis of the cells is vigorous, the skin glands are increased, and the basal cells are thickened, and the skin becomes flexible and shiny. Since DNA has anti-lipid peroxidation ability, it can reduce the appearance of senile plaques. The results of this study indicate that DNA cosmetic cream is a new and ideal skin care agent.
