当前,社区教育课程建设问题已引起业界的广泛关注,各社区院校在开展社区教育实践过程中逐渐发现,社区教育课程的开发与建设、课程的推广与应用中普遍存在一些问题。这些问题或多或少地束缚了社区教育内涵的纵深化发展,甚至已成为制约基层社区教育发展的主要瓶颈。比如在课程开发方面:种类较为单薄,尚未形成全面覆盖、多方辐射的全方位课程体系,可供居民选择的课程资源较为有限。在课程推广与应用方面:教无所依,主观性、随意性强;
