目的加强口腔科医务人员对医院感染工作重要性的认识,预防口腔科医院感染的发生,使口腔科医院感染控制纳入规范化管理。方法根据国家卫生部《医院感染管理规范》、《消毒技术规范》中所提出的要求,制定并落实严格有效的管理制度。结果严格执行各项消毒隔离技术及诊疗、护理技术,规范口腔科医院感染管理工作,从而有效地预防了口腔交叉感染。结论规范口腔科医院感染管理制度,有效预防医院感染的发生,从而使控制口腔交叉感染工作取得了良好效果。
Objective To strengthen the understanding of the importance of stomatological staff in the work of nosocomial infection and prevent the occurrence of infection in stomatology hospitals so that the infection control of stomatology hospitals can be incorporated into the standardized management. Methods According to the requirements set forth in “Norms for Nosocomial Infection Management” and “Disinfection Technical Specifications” of the Ministry of Health of the PRC, a strict and effective management system was formulated and implemented. Results The strict implementation of the disinfection and isolation technology and diagnosis and treatment, nursing technology, standardize the management of stomatological hospital infection, thus effectively preventing oral cross-infection. Conclusion It is necessary to standardize the management system of infection in stomatology hospitals and effectively prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infections, so that the control of oral cross-infection has achieved good results.
