本文用间接免疫荧光法检测31例儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者血清抗血小板抗体,并结合文献进行了讨论分析。
In this paper, 31 cases of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura in children with anti-platelet antibodies detected by indirect immunofluorescence, and the literature were discussed and analyzed.
