课堂管理就是依据设定的学习目标,通过调节课堂中的各因素引导学生参与学习活动,创造最适宜的班级环境。课堂管理对于课堂教学效果和教学质量有直接的影响,课堂活动的有序开展同样是以高效的课堂管理为基础的,尤其是在学生年龄比较小的小学课堂中更是如此。因为处于这一阶段的学生自控能力比较差,经常会被其他的事物转移注意力,所以很容易就会在课堂上做出扰乱纪律的行为。同时,小学生比较依赖教师的管理,如果没有认真听讲那么自然也没有办法获得应该掌握的知
Classroom management is based on the set learning objectives, by adjusting the various factors in the classroom to guide students to participate in learning activities, to create the most suitable class environment.
