无孢平菇03(Pleurofus floridasporele)是从沈阳市农科所引进,1988年6月通过市科委鉴定的无孢平菇新品系。为加深了解无孢平菇的生理特性,我们对其不同生长时期酯酶同工酶、过氧化物同工酶以及呼吸强度进行了测定,以期对无孢平菇的深入研究有所帮助。
Pleurofus floridasporele 03 is a new strain of Pleurofus floridasporele, introduced from Shenyang Agricultural Science Institute and appraised by the Municipal Commission of Science and Technology in June 1988. In order to deepen the understanding of the physiological characteristics of Pleurotus ostreatus, we measured the content of esterase, peroxidase and respiration in different growth stages, in order to further study on Pleurotus ostreatus.
