“静香”是从日本引进的苹果优良品种,国内急需大量苗木,而用常规方法繁殖,很难满足需求。大连市金州区农科所和辽宁师大等单位合作,用组织培养技术进行快速繁殖取得成功。春天将枝条的1个生长点经过无菌接种,在培养基上继代培养,长成大量有2条根的试管苗。1992年移栽成活的苗子,今年为生产上提供了40多万个接穗,以及试管生根苗。检疫部门对灭菌苗实行16种病害免检。
