马钱子碱-碘化钾萃取比色法是我国现行的纯铅中杂质铋的标准分析法。该法手续繁长,马钱子碱又系剧毒试剂,使用不便,曾有人用磷酸三丁酯:(TBP)萃取Bi-PAR络合物光度法测定铋,但灵敏度低(ε=9.19×10~3);文献研究了铋和PAN、PAR、(噻唑偶氮)-乙氨基甲酚、(苯基噻唑偶氮)-乙氨基甲酚的生色反应及络合物的光度特性,指出,Bi-试剂-安替比林-强酸阴离子混合配位络合物可被非极性和弱极性有机溶剂萃取,
Brucine - potassium iodide extraction colorimetric method is the standard method of analysis of bismuth in China’s current pure lead impurities. The procedure is complicated and the strychnine is a poisonous reagent which is inconvenient to use. Bi-PAR complex spectrophotometry has been used to determine bismuth with tributylphosphate (TBP) extraction but low sensitivity (ε = 9.19 × 10 ~ 3).
