本文从理论上拓展了使用金属-配位体缓冲溶液的流动注射络合滴定法,计算出了一系列可供选择的缓冲体系。研究了应用Cu-EDTP和TAR流动注射络合滴定铜的条件。最低检测浓度为1.0×10-5mol/L;最低检测量为50ng;RSD(n=11)等于0.92%;采样频率180次/h。
In this paper, the flow injection complexometric titration method using metal-ligand buffer solution has been theoretically expanded, and a series of buffer systems have been calculated. The Cu-EDTP and TAR flow injection complexation conditions were studied. The lowest detection concentration was 1.0 × 10-5mol / L; the lowest detection was 50ng; RSD (n = 11) was equal to 0.92%; the sampling frequency was 180 times / h.
