现报道2例,生后2个月内发生低钙血症的患儿,并有维生素D(Vit D)缺乏。2例患儿均存在胆汁郁积性肝病,因均无黄疸,故最初均未疑及此诊断。病例病例1男婴,出生体重2 100g,孕38周分娩。双胎之一。因喂牛乳引起腹泻而改用含豆类蛋白乳方。生后第7周时,因窒息和癫痫大发作而住院。患儿有贫血,低钙血症及肝酶增高。腹部超声波检查正常。肝胆扫描证实肠腔分泌减少。弓形虫属、风疹病毒、巨细胞病毒、单纯疱疹病毒等滴度及甲状腺功能正常。血清叶酸盐、红细胞叶酸盐及血清钴胺水平正常。脑电图及头部CT扫描正常。服用葡萄糖酸钙(元
We report 2 cases, 2 months after birth in children with hypocalcemia, and vitamin D (Vit D) deficiency. Two patients had cholestatic liver disease, no jaundice, so initially did not suspect the diagnosis. Case 1 baby boy, birth weight 2 100g, 38 weeks pregnant childbirth. One of the twins. Diarrhea caused by feeding milk instead of containing soy milk protein. At 7 weeks after birth, she was hospitalized for apnea and epileptic seizures.
