热轧板卷的质量对焊接钢管的应用影响较大,优良的焊管用热轧板卷的研制有利于焊接钢管的应用推广。文章介绍了本钢研制开发的520 MPa级焊管用钢热轧板卷的生产工艺及性能特点。实验表明采用低C、Mn和Ti等微合金化设计、以细小弥散分布的Ti C析出物为主要强化手段、以第二相粒子TiN阻止热影响区组织粗化从而改善焊缝性能等设计理念开发的厚度12.0 mm的520 MPa级焊管用钢热轧板卷具有良好的力学性能,其纵向韧脆转变温度约为-36℃,横向韧脆转变温度约为-26℃,显微组织为铁素体+珠光体+贝氏体。所研制开发的钢卷在制管厂制成直缝管和螺旋管,焊缝质量良好。
