A股发行缓慢,海外上市遇阻,期待上市的中国企业形成了巨大的IPO“堰塞湖”。2012年,中国企业在全球资本市场的活跃度同比大幅下滑,IPO数量及融资规模跌至冰点。据投中集团统计,2012年全年,共有225家中国企业在全球资本市场完成IPO,同比下降41.7%;合计融资约1680.2亿元,同比下降59.0%,融资金额创下2009年以来新低。

In 2012, the activity of Chinese enterprises in the global capital market dropped sharply year on year and the number of IPO and financing scale dropped to freezing point. According to statistics from Investment Group, a total of 225 Chinese enterprises completed IPO in the global capital markets in 2012, down 41.7% over the same period of previous year. Total financing was approximately 168.02 billion yuan, down 59.0% from the same period of last year and the financing amount hit a new low since 2009.
