人们通常意义成为上的法律,多指以书面形式出现的法律条文以及它所规定的内容。而法律在真正意义上的实施却是指以书面的法律条文为基础的或者为参考的,受社会多方面因素共同影响并且决定的,对人们的约束和惩罚。在社会这个大环境中,影响法律运行的因素方方面面,也可以这样说:一个最终的判决往往是法律本身和社会因素共同作用的结果。
People usually mean becoming law, mostly referring to the legal texts that appear in writing and what they prescribe. However, the actual implementation of law refers to the binding and punishing of people on the basis of written legal provisions or for reference. It is influenced and decided by many factors of society. In the social environment, the various factors that affect the operation of the law can also be said that a final judgment is often the result of a combination of the law itself and social factors.
