对电信运营商来说,疯狂的“硬投资”阶段已经逐渐结束了,取而代之的是“软投资”时代的到来。尽管2003年年初就有人预言经过整合后的网通集团将步入“软投资”的快车道。对于网通新成立的各地分公司而言,这个诱人的春天似乎还远远没有到来。但不争的现实是,面对越来越艰苦的生存环境,建立一个高效、灵活、可靠和低成本的业务支撑系统,显然比盲目进行硬投入来得更为实际。
For telecom operators, the crazy “hard investment” phase has come to an end, replaced by the “soft investment” era.
