初三的中考复习,内容之多、历时之长、过程之煎熬,是每一个经历过的师生都深有体会的。中考之重要,是师生都了然于胸的。然而,在漫长的中考复习过程中,深入一线教师中,我们经常会听到这样的抱怨,老师讲的口干舌燥,学生听的昏昏欲睡;题目讲了一遍又一遍,学生一错一大片;深入学生中,我们也会听到这样的牢骚,学了一遍又一遍,还是学不会,练了一次又一次还是出错。造成这样的原因,笔者认为,关键原因还在于我们教师本身,思想传统保守,缺乏创新,课堂上教师依旧大包大
