目的识别、评价和分析钢琴制造建设项目在生产过程中可能产生及存在的职业病危害因素的种类、危害程度及防护效果,论证该项目职业卫生的可行性。方法依据国家相关法规和标准,采用类比法、检查表法与工程分析法进行定性与定量评价。结果该项目可能产生的职业病危害因素有噪声、粉尘(木屑尘和羊绒毛)、高温、工频电场、化学毒物(甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸、丙酮、乙苯等)。类比检测结果显示,工作场所噪声强度73.0~97.1 d B(A),有7个检测点超过国家职业接触限值,合格率为66.7%,其余化学毒物和粉尘检测浓度均低于国家职业接触限值。结论该项目属于职业病危害较重的建设项目,从职业卫生防护角度分析该项目是可行的。
Objective To identify, evaluate and analyze the types, degree of harmfulness and protective effects of occupational hazards that may occur and exist in the process of piano manufacturing and construction projects, and demonstrate the feasibility of occupational health in this project. Methods Based on the relevant national laws and regulations, the methods of analogy, checklist and engineering analysis were used for qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The possible occupational hazards of the project are noise, dust (wood dust and cashmere), high temperature, power frequency electric field and chemical poisons (toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, acetic acid, acetone and ethylbenzene). The results of analog test showed that the noise intensity in the workplace was 73.0-97.1 d B (A), and 7 test points exceeded the national occupational exposure limits with a pass rate of 66.7%. The concentrations of other chemical poisons and dusts were lower than the national occupational exposure limits value. Conclusion This project belongs to the construction project with serious occupational hazards, and it is feasible to analyze this project from the perspective of occupational health protection.
