为了改善三峡工程通航建筑物工作条件,尽量解决通航建筑物上下游引航道及船闸取水口的泥沙淤积问题,根据三峡坝区泥沙和通航模型试验结果,对三峡工程通航建筑物整体布置方案及冲沙工程措施提出以下建议:(1)枢纽运行前期30+2年,在永久船闸第一闸首上游修建660m长的短隔流堤,在升船机上游引航道右侧设置长250m的浮式导航堤;(2)枢纽运行至30+2年,视碍航趋势,续建全包隔流堤;(3)临时船闸停航后,可改建2孔5.5m×9.6m的冲沙闸;(4)在永久船闸和升船机之间兴建一条冲沙隧洞,加大冲沙流量并保护永久船闸的侧向取水口。
