江苏南通六建建设集团有限公司施工总承包江苏元辰安装集团有限公司参建内蒙古农村信用社联合社综合楼1#楼(又名宏信广场1#楼),位于呼和浩特市世纪六路与昭乌达路交汇处。由内蒙古自治区农村信用社联合社投资建设,江苏南通六建建设集团有限公司施工总承包,于2008年8月18日开工,2011年4月18日竣工。该工程的设计创新:1)结构:在进行框剪结构的框架总剪力调整计算时,突破原《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》、JGJ3-2002第8.1.4条的限制,根据美国规范UBC97和IBC2003,对框剪部分剪力按25%系数进行调整,节省了含钢量并使结构更安全。对8度地区、近百米高、功能和体型复杂的本楼而言,含钢量只有75Kg/m2。2)建筑:装修外墙采用干挂大理石和真石漆涂料相结合。3)给排水系统:生活给水系统采用微机变频控制、恒压给水,卫生器具选用节水型。4)采暖系统:风机盘管设置为双管制系统,设三速开关及电动两通阀自动调节,冷热源采用燃气直燃机组。
