本文提出将吸附热分成液化热与表面能两部份。作者首次应用结构简单、操作方便的装置测定表面能,从而简化了吸附热测定工作。作者对国产人工及天然两种沸石分子筛进行了表面能的测定,并整理出两个经验方程,不仅可供设计太阳能沸石制冷系统时使用,且可供设计化工、空分等有关设备时使用。根据本文和文献[1]的原理和试验数据,作者设计和制造了一台小型太阳能沸石制冰器,且已制出了冰。
In this paper, the heat of adsorption is divided into two parts: the heat of liquefaction and the surface energy. For the first time, the authors applied a simple structure and easy-to-operate device to measure the surface energy, thus simplifying the determination of adsorption heat. The authors measured the surface energy of both domestic and natural zeolite molecular sieves and sorted out two empirical equations which are not only used for the design of solar zeolite refrigeration systems but also used for the design of chemical and space-related equipment. Based on the principles and experimental data in this article and in [1], the authors designed and built a small solar zeolite ice maker and made ice.
