培养人才是一个国家经济和技术长久不衰的核心,在较多发达国家都十分注重高端人才的培养,并利用各种福利待遇吸纳各国的先进人才,可见人才与教育的重要性。在我国人才建设已经在逐步的进行中,并采用继续教育管理项目化促进高端人才的创新发展,较多人员能够通过再教育获得某一领域知识的深造,并在实际的工作中创新应用。文章对管理项目化与继续教育进行了分析,并总结了结合的根本意义。
The cultivation of qualified personnel is the core of a country’s economy and technology. It attaches great importance to the cultivation of high-end talents in more developed countries and uses various kinds of benefits to attract the most advanced talents from various countries and shows the importance of talent and education. In our country, the construction of talents has been progressively carried out, and the project of continuing education management has been used to promote the innovation and development of high-end talents. More and more people can obtain further knowledge in a certain field through re-education, and make innovations and applications in practical work. The article analyzes the project management and continuing education, and summarizes the fundamental significance of the combination.
