在电力企业干部中,部分干部存在的精神文明素质较低,官僚心严重思想政治工作浮于形式等问题,本文通过文献资料法与逻辑分析法对这一问题进行解读,并提出在制度、体系等方面进行干部精神文明提升的有效办法。
