Lake Garden project consists of two 7-storey, four 11-storey fully renovated apartment and 12 three-storey semi-detached fully renovated villa. The project is a short-limbed shear wall structure. The basement has a floor area of about 22490m2. The total ground floor area is about 42770m2. The main building has 11 floors and the building height is 39.85m. The two buildings have 7 floors and the building height is 25.6 m; villa floor frame 3, building height of 10.6m. The total project cost 109786800 yuan.
