随着医疗体制改革的不断深入,医院文化作为一种现代化管理模式的重要载体纳入到医院管理中,成为提高职工整体素质和促进医院发展的重要精神动力。而重视医院文化的积累和提高,促其医院文化功能得到应有的发挥,是工会工作的重要内容之一,要认真研究并把握四项基本职能和推进医院文化建设的内在关系,培育优良的职业道德和开拓创新的精神,最大限度地调动职工的积极性,为创建和谐社会贡献应有的力量。
