在我国改革开放大潮的推进中,特别是我国市场经济体制的确立和发展,使我国企业的外部环境发生了根本性改变,适者生、逆者亡,已成为企业存亡必然的大趋势。为了适应日愈深化的改革开放的潮流和激烈竞争的市场,顺应经济发展的新环境,我们五环集团较早地选择了多角经营、多业并举的发展战略。早在1988年就实现了从“小纺织”向“大纺织”的转移,形成了以纺织、织布、制线、装饰、服装纵向系列产品为主,兼有机械、建筑、运输、贸易、饮食、服务等并存的多角经营格局,实现了五环集团多角经营的第一次飞跃;1992年跳出了单一经营纺织产业
In the process of China’s reform and opening up, especially the establishment and development of China’s market economic system, the external environment of our country’s enterprises has undergone a fundamental change. The emergence of a fit and negative party has become an inevitable trend of survival. In order to adapt to the increasingly deepening trend of reform and opening up and the fiercely competitive market, in response to the new environment of economic development, we have chosen the development strategy of multi-corner business and multi-industry together. As early as 1988, the company shifted from “small textiles” to “big textiles” and formed a series of textile, weaving, threading, decoration, and garments. It was mainly composed of machinery, construction, transportation, and trade. The multi-corner business structure of coexistence of food and services, etc., achieved the first leap in the multi-corner business of Wuhuan Group; in 1992, it jumped out of a single operation in the textile industry.
