钢包下渣检测技术在连铸生产中具有重要意义,它可以有效地提高铸坯质量、增加钢水收得率以及改善劳动条件。简述了目前国内外钢包下渣检测技术的原理和研究现状,包括电磁检测法、振动检测法、超声波检测法和红外检测法等,以及这些方法在工业生产中的应用效果和存在的主要问题,对上述钢包下渣检测方法的应用前景进行了展望。
