截至目前,四川省资阳市已先后从美国、日本、澳大利亚、泰国、以色列等国家聘请水产养殖、鱼病防治和饲料加工等、万面专家十四人次,引进肉质鲜嫩、味鲜美、或无肌肉间刺、便于加工的美国斑点叉尾鲴、大口胭脂鱼、州鲈、美国青蛙、日本白鲫、马来西亚大虾、俄罗斯鲟鱼等水产新品种十三个,改变几十年不变养“四大家鱼”的局面。近三年来,资阳市在国家外国专家局、四川省引智办的支持下,采取请外国专家来讲学指导、联合开发新品种,派出科技人员出国培训的方法,大力发展水产品,仅二○○○
