民政部于7月23日在京召开的城镇建筑物名称规范化管理座谈会提出了我国地名管理目前的一个重要课题——城镇建筑物名称的混乱局面必须立即纠正。城镇建筑物名称的不良文化内涵必须彻底清除。此次会议是强调我国地名工作政治性、政策性、科学性的集中体现。积极主动抓好城镇建筑物名称规范化管理工作是当前我国各项建设事业的需要。
The Symposium on the Standardization of Urban Building Names Held in Beijing on July 23rd raised an important issue for the administration of geographical names in our country. The chaotic situation of the names of urban buildings must be corrected immediately. The negative cultural connotation of the name of a town building must be completely eliminated. This meeting is a concentrated expression of the politics, policy and science in China’s place name work. Actively do a good job of standardized management of urban buildings is the name of the current needs of various construction projects.
