用囊尾拗囊液115kDa和89kDa纯化抗原和囊液粗抗原分别检测脑囊虫病人血、脑脊液(CSF)阳性为84.4%和85%,两者无差异。而纯化抗原与粗抗原检测非囊虫者总交叉反应率分别为2%和9%,两者差异显著。纯化抗原在不降低检测敏感性的前提下明显提高了检测的特异性。另外纯化抗原同时检测血和CSF时的阳性率达到90%,故同时检测脑囊虫病人血和CSF中抗体有助于提高检出率。
The cytoplasm and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) were positive for 84.4% and 85% of cysticercosis patients with cytoplasm of 115 kDa and 89 kDa purified antigen and crude cysts respectively. There was no difference between them. The total cross-reaction rates of purified antigen and crude antigen for detecting non-cysticercosis were 2% and 9% respectively, with significant difference between the two. The purified antigen significantly improves the specificity of the assay without reducing the sensitivity of the assay. In addition, the positive rate of purified antigen in simultaneous detection of blood and CSF reaches 90%. Therefore, simultaneous detection of antibodies in blood and CSF in patients with cysticercosis helps to improve the detection rate.
