叶澜教授说过:“新的课堂需要我们教师不断捕捉、判断、重组课堂教学中从学生那里涌现出来的各种信息,推进教学过程在具体情境中的动态生成.”在小学数学教学过程中,小学生应该是学习的主人,整个小学数学课堂的学习过程应当是活泼的、生动的.教师应善于捕捉和创造一个个课堂生成资源,智慧地拾起它们,使之成为一道道亮丽的风景线.本文主要阐述在小学数学教学中教师应该如何做到积淀教学智慧,让孩子们在课堂学习中闪着丰富多彩的思维.
