截瘫患者合并尿路感染较常见,其发生率仅次于上呼吸道感染。我国目前约有超过1000万以上各种原因引起的截瘫患者,且每年还以10%的速度递增。其膀胱功能的恢复及尿路感染的处理具有极其重要的临床和社会意义。自2008-2013年我院共收治了截瘫合并尿路感染的患者35例,现报道如下。1临床资料本组35例患者,男28例,女7例,年龄在36~68岁,中位年龄58岁,截瘫时间5~26年,完全截瘫30例,不完全截瘫5
