本文采用改良单维二次展开层析法，测定２２１例孕妇羊水磷脂酰甘油（ＰＧ）预测胎儿肺成熟度，以Ｌ／Ｓ比值对照研究。结果表明，Ｌ／Ｓ预测准确率为９５．９％，ＰＧ的测定明显优于Ｌ／Ｓ比值，二者联合应用预测更为准确。
In this paper, a modified one-dimensional quadratic unfolding chromatography method was used to determine the fetal lung phosphatidyl glycerol (PG) in 221 pregnant women to predict the fetal lung maturity. The L / S ratio of control study. The results showed that the prediction accuracy of L / S was 95.9%, the determination of PG was superior to the L / S ratio, and the combined application of the two methods was more accurate.
