近两年来我省疟疾防治工作中,有些地区反映使用氯化烃类杀虫剂喷洒后灭蚊效果不好,并要求改换其它高效低毒杀虫剂以增强灭蚊效果。今年各地区使用马拉硫磷逐渐增多,为了判定马拉硫磷滞留喷洒灭蚊的效果,我们于一九七四年七月——九月在鹿邑观堂公社进行了50%马拉硫磷滞留喷洒残效测定试验,兹将实验结果总结如下:
