生活在美食天堂香港,让自幼喜爱吃面的我与各种流派的面结下了不解之缘。初次见到乌冬面的时候,只觉得它很是与众不同,圆圆胖胖的,软软的,半透明的,浮游在高汤里,着实可爱,同时还萌生出了面是“可数”的想法……原以为上口会有松松垮垮的感觉,可咬起来却是很有劲道,像嚼口香糖似的,但一点也不觉得粘口。每次吃乌冬面的时候,都爱一根一根地夹起,把一端放到嘴巴里,一边慢慢地吸,一边看着面条一点点地进入嘴巴中直到消失。总是在面完全吸入嘴巴的瞬间不由格格地笑,因为我觉得乌冬面有种俏皮的味道,接着再慢慢嚼,心里会有种滑滑的顺畅的感觉……
