含水量7%的水稻种子(品种“广二104”)受~(60)Coγ射线一系列照射量(0.5—30千伦,照射量率0.8千伦/分)照射后在常温(25℃)和干燥的条件中储存,辐射伤害的程度有明显的变动。种子受照后即刻浸水,所萌发生长的幼苗受辐射伤害的程度较轻。随着照后至浸种的时间距离延长,所萌发生长的幼苗表现受辐射伤害的程度不断加强。此外,在较低照射量(0.5—5千伦)照后的种子及早(约照后1天以内)浸种,表现幼苗生长量有些增加。
Rice seeds with a water content of 7% (variety “Guang Er 104”) were exposed to a series of irradiation doses (0.5 to 30 kAn at a dose rate of 0.8 kAm / ℃) and dry conditions stored, the degree of radiation damage have significant changes. With the extension of the time from the photoperiod to the seed soaking, the germinated seedlings are increasingly exposed to radiation.
